Hi. Does anybody know of a place that is accessible with jaws to download movies and tb shows for free. You can do it with music, so I have a feeling there's a place out there for movies and tv shows. I don't mind having to use the jaws cursor. Thanks.

Yeah that is a good one too. Aren't links often broken over there, though? It's been a while since I've checked it so I could be wrong.

One thing with torents that you should be aware of is that take forever and you could get a virus. So if you are planning to use torents run a virus scan before opening the file.

The virus thing is only really an issue on public sites with heavy traffic like mininova. And even there, the chances of getting one are slim to none. As mentioned above, if you're using a site like that to get torrents, scan the .torrent file before opening it and then scan the content once it finishes downloading and you should be fine if nothing comes up. If you use an invite-only site like the one I referred to above, viruses really aren't an issue since they have moderators making sure everything's clean.

And no, they don't take forever if you have your ports forwarded properly. I usually download torrents at 1.8 mB/sec; faster than other method of downloading.

Don't you have to use the Divx player for tv-links.co.uk? I had trouble getting that player to work.

There is a website that I sometimes go to for music downloads, which is called "www.downloads.nl/" and it's got quite a bit of music on it. I don't know if it works for TV shows, though. I have used youtube for getting pas tv shows from, but that keeps cutting out, so isn't that helpful if you want to watch whole episodes of something. You can go to the specific tv channel website, too, if they have one, but it does sometimes say that you don't have permission to watc it for some strange reason. I don't know why that is.
